What our candidates & clients say
See what people have to say about Foundation Personnel and the impact our services have had on them.
“Having worked in the construction industry since 1994 I can honestly say that Foundation Personnel are hands down the most professional agency I have worked for.
What sets them apart for me is the time taken by them to genuinely review my experience and qualifications to make sure that the client and candidate relationship matches expectations for both parties.
This results in long term placements with excellent working conditions and relationships between myself and the clients.
I have never had any issues or problems as my recruitment manager takes an extremely pro active and professional approach to the whole process, resulting in a service provision which has been unmatched in my 28 years in the industry.
Thank you to all the team at Foundation, I feel proud to call myself a Foundation plant operator”
“We have used Foundation personnel for approximately 2 years to fulfil a variety of positions across many of our sites.
I have always found them to be helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of who it is we are looking for.
Their commitment to delivering, along with exceptional follow up customer service, is one of many reasons why we use them time and again.
I highly recommend Foundation personnel.”

“I have worked for Foundation Personnel for over 4 years now, they are a good, reliable, and honest agency, communication is excellent, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
The rates of pay are good, and the wages are always correct and paid on time.
