Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Dozer Operator to work on a major infrastructure project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on high-profile developments.
You will be responsible for operating a dozer using GPS machine control systems, carrying out all aspects of earthworks to support the successful delivery of the project.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a dozer using GPS machine control systems
- Carrying out all aspects of earthworks including grading, levelling, bulk excavation, and finishing works
- Working accurately to site drawings, levels, and GPS design models
- Supporting site preparation and infrastructure works
- Carrying out daily plant inspections and reporting defects
- Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and groundworks teams
- Maintaining productivity while ensuring safe operation of plant
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
