About the Company:

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Roller Operator to join a long-term earthworks project in Manchester.

Requirements:

• CPCS or NPORS with CSCS
• Safety Critical Medical
• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating rollers on earthworks projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a roller safely and efficiently on a busy earthworks site
• Carrying out compaction works to ensure ground is prepared to the required specification
• Working alongside site teams to support earthworks operations
• Completing daily plant checks and reporting any defects or maintenance issues
• Following site safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
