Traffic Marshall
Position: Traffic Marshalls (x2) (CPCS or NPORS W/Cscs)
Location: Strensham, Worcestershire
Project: Site Traffic Management
Hours: 06:30 – 17:00
Duration: Until December 2024
Salary or Pay Rate: £19 PH
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Traffic Marshall
- EUSR Blue Card (Water Hygiene) – We can assist you in obtaining this qualification.
- CPCS or NPORS Banksman/Traffic Marshall Ticket
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely guide and manage traffic in and out of the site.
- Ensure smooth flow of vehicles around the site, minimizing risks to pedestrians and site personnel.
- Communicate effectively with site management and drivers to ensure clear and safe operations.
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the site.
- Enforce site safety regulations and report any breaches or safety concerns to site management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- EUSR Blue Card (Water Hygiene) or willingness to obtain it (assistance provided).
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Banksman/Traffic Marshall Ticket.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably on large construction sites.
- Strong understanding of traffic management and site safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
