Project: Banking plant and wagons
Hours: 7:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Thurs) – 07:00 – 15:00 (Fri)
Duration: 8 Weeks
Pay Rate: £19.00 Per Hour
Requirements: – Traffic Marshall /- EUSR Cat 1 and 2 (HSG74)

About the Company:
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Traffic Marshall to secure 8 weeks of work on a well-established site, offering competitive rates and consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banking plant and wagons safely around site.
- Directing vehicle movements and managing site traffic.
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times.
- Communicating effectively with plant operators, drivers, and site management.
- Ensuring site traffic operations are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshall qualification.
- EUSR Cat 1 & 2 (HSG74).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to provide recent working references upon request.
