Location: Middlesborough
Project: Civils site
Start Date: 16.06.2025
Hours: 7:30AM to 5PM (This may increase due to the site being brand new)
Duration: 3 Months work
Salary or Pay Rate: £18 PH
Foundation Personnel
are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Traffic Marshall / Banksman to join a construction site for a 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a responsible and safety-focused individual to play a crucial role in maintaining efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement on site.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely direct and guide vehicle movements, including deliveries, plant, and heavy goods vehicles.

Maintain clear communication with drivers and site operatives to prevent accidents and delays.

Manage and control access to the construction site to ensure safety for all personnel and visitors.

Ensure pedestrian routes are clearly marked and kept separate from vehicle access areas.

Assist with general site duties as required by the site manager.

Keep accurate logs of deliveries and site movements, as needed.

Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures at all times.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman Ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent).

CSCS Card – required to access and work on-site.

Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman on construction sites.

Strong awareness of site health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to remain alert and proactive in a high-traffic environment.
Candidates must be able to provide x2 working references.
