Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Streetworks Supervisor to work on a highways project in Essex.
This role is on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering highways, utilities, and infrastructure projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on live carriageway and public access works.
You will be responsible for supervising works being carried out on a road, ensuring operatives work safely, traffic management is maintained, and all activities are completed in line with streetworks regulations.
Duties Will Include:
Supervising streetworks and civils activities on a live roadway
Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with NRSWA regulations
Monitoring workforce performance and daily task completion
Conducting site briefings and maintaining health & safety standards
Checking permits, signage, and traffic management compliance
Liaising with site management and highways representatives
Keeping records and reporting daily progress
