Position: SSSTS Earthworks Supervisor
Location: Redcar, TS10
Project: Earthworks and Groundworks Project
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 36 weeks (Temp to Perm)
Salary or Pay Rate: £250 Per Day
Requirements:
- SSSTS certification
- Valid CSCS card
- Additional qualifications (SPA Passport, HS2 Induction, Medical, etc.) preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Earthworks supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing earthworks activities on-site
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating with team members and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitoring progress and maintaining high standards of quality control
- Reporting to site managers and ensuring smooth daily operations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in Earthworks supervision
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong communication skills
