Position: Slinger/ Signaller 
Location: Fleetwood
Hours: 07:00 – 19:00
Duration: Long term work 
Pay Rate: £21 Per Hour 
Requirements: Blue CPCS, Safety Critical Medical 
Shift Pattern: 12 Days on 2 Days Off 
Key Responsibilities: Topman duties, working on top of a shaft 

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Slinger/Signaller to work on a long-term project in Fleetwood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Slinger/Signaller duties on site, supporting lifting operations safely and efficiently
• Performing topman duties, working on top of a shaft environment
• Communicating effectively with crane operators and site teams to ensure safe movement of loads
• Attaching and guiding loads using correct lifting techniques and equipment
• Ensuring lifting operations are carried out in line with site procedures and safety requirements
• Maintaining a safe working area around lifting zones and reporting any hazards or issues
• Working closely with the shaft team to support daily operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Blue CPCS Slinger/Signaller ticket
• Valid Safety Critical Medical
• Previous experience working on civils, shaft, tunnelling, or heavy infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety procedures
• Reliable and able to commit to the 12 days on / 2 days off shift pattern
