Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Site Supervisor to work on a project in Thickthorn, Norwich.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for supervising concrete operations on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Duties Will Include:
- Supervising concrete operations and site activities
- Overseeing operatives and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring concrete works are completed to programme and specification
- Coordinating daily activities with site management teams
- Monitoring site safety and enforcing health & safety procedures
- Completing site paperwork and daily records
- Conducting briefings and toolbox talks
- Maintaining quality standards across all concrete operations
- Supporting general site supervision duties as required
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
