Site Supervisor
Position: Working Supervisor / Ganger
Location: Isleham, Ely, CB7
Project: Construction of a new concrete hardstanding, including excavation works, shallow drainage and ducting installation.
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Salary or Pay Rate: £250–£260 per day (DOE / based on qualifications)
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- Slinger Signaller / Banksman
- CAT & Genny
- EUSR Water Hygiene or EUSR CAT 4G
- Full Orange PPE
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the site team while remaining hands-on with daily activities.
- Oversee excavation works for the new concrete hardstanding.
- Assist with the construction of the concrete area, drainage and ducting installation.
- Carry out slinging and banking duties where required.
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and liaise with the site management team.
