Site Supervisor Required – Derby

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor for a long-term 5-year project in Derby.

Location: Derby
Hours: 07:30–17:30
Duration: 5-year project
Rate: £340 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Grey Hat on site

• Working Supervisor role, combining supervision with hands-on site duties

• Supervising earthworks and front-end civils

• Overseeing groundwork activities

• Supporting basic formwork operations

• Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently

• Coordinating site activities and supporting the wider site team

Requirements:

• Valid SSSTS

• EUSR CAT 1 & 2 (HSG47)

• 5+ years’ relevant experience

• Strong background in earthworks, civils and groundwork

• Basic formwork knowledge

• Previous experience in a working supervisor/Grey Hat role
