Site Supervisor
Position: SSSTS Supervisor (Utilities)
Location: Cromwell Ln, Coventry
Project: HS2
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00
Duration: 4–5 Months
Salary or Pay Rate: Competitive (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervising a gang including ganger, topman, 360 operator and pipelayer
-
Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely

Overseeing utilities installation and excavation works
-
Ensuring compliance with HS2 and site health & safety standards
-
Liaising with site management and reporting progress
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Proven experience supervising gangs on utilities or civils projects
-
Strong background in drainage, ducting or pipeline installation
-
Experience working on major infrastructure projects (HS2 preferred)
-
Good communication and leadership skills
