About the Company:

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a long-term civils project in Wisbech.

Requirements:

• SSSTS
• 3-Day First Aid Certificate
• Valid CSCS Card
• Ability to read, understand and complete permits
• Strong background in heavy civils and drainage
• Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations on heavy civils and drainage works
• Managing operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Reading, issuing and completing permits to work
• Coordinating drainage installations, excavations and associated civils activities
• Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and project specifications
• Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections
• Liaising with site management, engineers and clients to maintain programme and productivity
• Monitoring quality standards and ensuring work is completed to specification
• Reporting progress, site issues and resource requirements
