Position: Site Supervisor (SSSTS) – Substation Works
Location: Necton, Swaffham
Project: Live Substation Works
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday, weekend work may be available)
Duration: Ongoing
Salary or Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Requirements:

• SSSTS (essential)

• NG Persons (essential)

• HSG47 (Cat 1 & 2)

• PVM / Banksman

• Previous experience working in live substations

• Full Orange PPE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and working alongside a gang inside and outside live substations

• Overseeing installation of chippings and Type 3 to level remedials

• Managing concrete works, ducts and drawpit installation

• Supervising foundation digs and all aspects of groundworks

• Ensuring safe systems of work are followed in live environments

• Coordinating daily site activities and supporting delivery on programme

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within utilities or substations

• Strong knowledge of civils and groundwork operations

• Experience working in live substation environments

• Good understanding of health & safety and site procedures
