Hours: 07:30 – 18:00

- Harness Training (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Shuttering Carpenters to work on a project in Oxford, Oxfordshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork for concrete structures, ensuring all works are completed accurately and safely.
Duties Will Include:
- Building and assembling formwork for concrete structures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Installing and dismantling shuttering systems safely and efficiently
- Supporting concrete pours and structural works
- Working at height using IPAF equipment and harness systems
- Ensuring formwork is aligned and built to specification
- Working closely with steel fixers, concrete teams, and supervisors
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
