Foundation Personnel, a leading Geotechnical and Foundations recruitment agency, is currently seeking a qualified Estimator to join our clients team. Our client, a leader in the Foundations sector with 30 years of experience, specializing in deep foundations, ground improvement, grouting, and earth retention. Renowned for their expertise, they've tackled notable projects in rail, hospitals, and basement digs. Operating in New England, their dedication to quality and client satisfaction sets them apart as industry leaders.

Responsibilities:
Safety, Quality, and Productivity: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and optimize field productivity.
Daily Operations: Manage field staff, provide technical support to project teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Incident Management: Lead or participate in incident investigations.
Staff Oversight: Conduct performance reviews for senior field staff and oversee crew reviews.
Pre-Job Support: Conduct pre-job site visits and assist estimators with bid preparation.
Field Processes: Ensure accurate reporting of field tracking, QA/QC processes, and documentation.
Staff Training: Maintain training programs for all field staff.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and adjust crew performance metrics (e.g., production, man-hours, accidents).
Equipment Oversight: Ensure proper equipment is procured and maintained for projects, and stay updated on new technologies.
Scheduling: Oversee field scheduling and ensure readiness for upcoming projects.
Field Support: Respond to field-related queries and issues.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of supervisory and management experience in geotechnical construction and drilling.
Extensive field experience in the geotechnical drilling industry with knowledge of deep foundation work.
Strong leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to travel within New England.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
