Position: Semi Skilled Labourer
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Project: Groundworks (Drainage)
Hours: 7:30AM to 5:30PM
Duration: On Going
Salary or Pay Rate: £20

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Semi-Skilled Groundworker to join an experienced drainage team on a busy civil engineering project in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous groundworks or drainage experience who takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic. Reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work hard as part of a team are just as important as previous experience.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with the installation of drainage systems.
• Pipe laying and bedding.
• Excavation support and trench work.
• General groundworks and site preparation.
• Assisting skilled operatives and supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience in groundworks or drainage works.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
