Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Scaffolder to work on a major infrastructure project in the West Midlands.
This role is on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on complex projects.
You will be responsible for carrying out scaffolding works while utilising IPAF equipment where required, ensuring access structures are erected, maintained, and dismantled safely and efficiently.
Duties Will Include:
Erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding structures
Operating MEWPs where required using IPAF certification
Ensuring scaffolding is safe, secure, and compliant with site regulations
Working closely with site management and other trades
Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
Inspecting scaffolding and reporting any issues
Loading and unloading scaffolding materials
Keeping work areas organised and safe
