Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Ride on Roller Operator for soil stabilisation works in 2 locations, Milton Keynes & Warwichshire. The role is working with a specialist contractor who deliver large-scale stabilisation and ground engineering projects nationwide. Known for their technical expertise and high safety standards, they are a trusted name in soil treatment and enabling works across the UK.
Duties Will Include:

Operating a Ride on Roller for soil stabilisation and compaction

Supporting ground engineering teams with site preparation

Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting defects
-
Working efficiently as part of a busy civils and groundworks team

Following all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS – Ride on Roller

Proven experience in groundworks or soil stabilisation projects
-
Strong awareness of health & safety standards
-
Ability to work as part of a team and support wider site operations
