Foundation personnel are looking for Ride-On Roller Operator for an ongoing earthworks project in Hungerford. The role involves ensuring proper compaction of soil, aggregates, and materials to required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ride-On Roller Operation: Operate the roller safely and effectively to achieve the necessary compaction.
- Surface Compaction: Ensure correct rolling techniques to meet project standards.
- Site Safety: Adhere to health & safety regulations and site-specific guidelines.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform basic checks and maintenance on the equipment.
- Teamwork: Work alongside site managers, plant operators, and groundworkers to ensure smooth project progression.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Blue CPCS Card or NPORS with CSCS Logo Card (mandatory)
- Proven experience in earthworks and Ride-On Roller operation
- Good understanding of site safety and ground compaction techniques
- Ability to work effectively within a team and take site instructions
