Salary: £20 Per Hour
Hours: Mon – Thurs 7:30am – 16:30pm
Friday – 07.00am -14.00pm

Foundation Personnel is currently seeking a Ride on Roller Operator for an active infrastructure project in Norwich, Norfolk. The role involves operating a roller to support excavation and concreting activities, also involves stepping in with general operative duties as required, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are key.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Ride on Roller to compact earthworks and concrete bases

Assist with excavation, concrete blinding, manhole preps, and ducting

Support the team with general site duties as required

Follow site health and safety protocols, particularly fire safety
Requirements:

CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo – Essential

PPE: 8 Cal Fire Retardant – Full Orange – Essential

Previous experience in similar civils environments

Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
