Position: Reinstatement Manager
Location: North West (Travel Across Multiple Sites)
Hours: Full Time
Duration: Permanent
Salary: DOE
Requirements:
- NRSWA Supervisor qualification
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card or relevant management qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience managing reinstatement operations within utilities, highways or civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of SROH and street works regulations
- Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors
- Good understanding of asphalt, concrete, paving, kerbing and footway reinstatements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reinstatement activities across multiple utility and civil engineering projects
- Ensure all reinstatement works comply with SROH, NRSWA and local authority requirements
- Plan labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits
- Manage defect notices and remedial works
- Liaise with clients, local authorities and operational teams
- Monitor project performance, costs and programme delivery
- Produce reports, KPIs and compliance documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Reinstatement Manager, Street Works Manager or similar role
- Utilities, water, gas, power or highways sector experience essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
