Position: Project Manager
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Project: Sewage Treatments
Hours: 7AM to 5PM
Duration: 8 Months (With potential to go on to a further 12 months)
Salary or Pay Rate: Negotiable
Foundation Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Sewage Treatment / Wastewater projects to join a growing team delivering key infrastructure works.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of projects within the water sector, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sewage treatment / wastewater projects from inception through to completion
- Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain effectively
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
- Produce and manage programmes, RAMS, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within Sewage Treatment / Wastewater projects
- Strong Civils / Utilities background
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Essential
- NVQ Level 6 (Construction Management or equivalent) – Essential
- CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
