Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for Vehicle Marshalls to work on a project in Oxford, Oxfordshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for carrying out Vehicle Marshall duties, ensuring the safe movement of plant, vehicles, and pedestrians across the site.
Duties Will Include:
- Carrying out Vehicle Marshall duties on site
- Directing and controlling vehicle movements safely and efficiently
- Managing deliveries and coordinating site access and egress
- Maintaining safe segregation between vehicles, plant, and pedestrians
- Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site teams
- Monitoring traffic routes and reporting any issues or hazards
- Supporting general site logistics and traffic management operations
- Ensuring all vehicle movements comply with site procedures and regulations
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
