Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- Blue CPCS A73 (Essential)
- Must be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Essential)
- Must be willing to complete online training (Essential)
- Previously Airside Pass (Advantageous)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for Plant and Vehicle Marshaller to work on a project at Stansted Airport, Essex starting in August.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on high-profile developments, including transport and aviation infrastructure.
You will be responsible for marshalling plant and vehicles around site, coordinating movements to designated drop-off and access points, and maintaining accurate movement records using site software systems.
Duties Will Include:
- Carrying out Plant and Vehicle Marshalling duties across the site
- Directing plant, machinery, and vehicle movements safely and efficiently
- Coordinating deliveries to designated drop-off zones and access points
- Managing and controlling site traffic routes and pedestrian segregation
- Creating and maintaining movement logs using site software systems
- Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site management teams
- Monitoring site access and ensuring compliance with traffic management plans
- Supporting the safe operation of a busy airport construction environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
