Foundation Personnel are currently looking on behalf of a Tier 2 Contractor for Plant and Vehicle Marshaller to work in Leiston, Suffolk, on SIZEWELL C. This role is on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor known for delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure schemes across the UK, with a strong emphasis on safety, coordination, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of plant, vehicles, and site traffic across multiple access and egress points.
Duties Will Include:

Marshalling plant and vehicles on and through site

Directing traffic to different access and delivery points

Ensuring safe interaction between operatives, plant, and vehicles

Maintaining clear communication with machine operators and drivers
-
Enforcing site traffic management and safety procedures
-
Assisting with general site coordination as required
Requirements:
-
Valid Blue CPCS – Plant and Vehicle Marshaller
-
Previously inducted on Sizewell C (lanyard colour not important)
-
Proven experience marshalling on large civil engineering sites

Strong awareness of health & safety and site traffic controls
-
Clear communication skills and ability to work within a busy site environment
