Position: Main Layer
Location: Warrington and surrounding areas
Project: Water & Gas Utility Reinstatement Works
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Duration: 1yr+
Salary or Pay Rate: 260/shift
Requirements:
- Proven Main Layer experience
- EUSR National Water Hygiene
- SHEA Water beneficial
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Full Orange PPE
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and connecting 63mm–180mm water and gas pipework
- Leading pipe installation activities within the gang
- Ensuring pipework is laid to specification and project requirements
- Carrying out reinstatement and excavation support works
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality on site
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Main Layer
- Experience on utility, water, gas, or civils projects
- EUSR National Water Hygiene
- SHEA Water beneficial
- Ability to interpret drawings and site plans
