Groundworker
Position: Groundworks Gang
Location: Derby
Project: Groundworks for a commercial shed extension
Hours: 7:30AM – 5PM
Duration: 6 months +
Salary or Pay Rate: £20 Per Hour
Qualifications and Experience: CSCS and Dumper
Key Responsibilities:

Site preparation and clearance
-
Excavation and trenching
-
Drainage and ducting installations
-
Laying concrete, kerbs, edgings, and paving
-
Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently
-
Following site safety protocols and reporting to site manager
-
Reading and working from site drawings and levels
Requirements:
-
Valid CSCS card (relevant CPCS/NPORS for plant operators)

Proven experience in groundworks on commercial builds
-
PPE and own tools where applicable
-
Strong work ethic and reliability
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working References
