Salary: £21.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30-17:00
Type: Temporary Employment, Till Feb 2025
Requirements: CSCS card, CPCS or NPORS- Forward tipping dumper/ Ride on Roller
Foundation Personnel are seeking for Civils Gang-Groundworkers to join a reputable civil engineering company in Yeovil, Somerset. This company has a strong reputation for delivering quality infrastructure and civil projects. The successful candidates will be part of a team working on civils, including drainage, foundations, and other groundworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general groundworks and civil engineering tasks on site.
- Work in a gang to complete drainage, ducting, kerbing, and foundation work.
- Collaborate with other team members and follow instructions from the site supervisor.
- Operate dumper or roller equipment if certified.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to site safety protocols.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within project timelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A valid CSCS card is essential.
- Experience in civil works, including drainage, kerbing, and footings.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Previous experience operating plant equipment (dumper/roller) is advantageous.
- Must be able to provide 2 references.
