Position: Grader Operator
Location: Cornwall
Project: Haul Roads
Hours: 7AM to 5PM
Duration: Long Term Work
Salary or Pay Rate: #30 PH + T&L
Requirements: CPCS or NPORS W / CSCS Hologram
Foundation Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team on a major earthworks and infrastructure project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating motor graders on large-scale construction, earthworks, highways, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to carry out accurate trimming and profiling to specification.
- Experience working from GPS machine control systems (Trimble, Leica, or Topcon preferred).
- Strong understanding of levels, drainage, formations, and final trim works.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Card (with CSCS logo).
- Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a motor grader safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out bulk earthworks, formation trimming, and final trim operations.
- Working closely with site engineers and management teams.
- Conducting daily machine checks and reporting defects.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working Refereneces.
