General Superintendent

Foundation Personnel, a leading Geotechnical and Foundations recruitment agency, is currently seeking a General Superintendent to join our clients team.
Our client is the leading geotechnical specialty design build contractor in North America. They are known for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for managing crews, equipment, subcontractors, safety, quality, and production across multiple active job sites throughout the Northeast region.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of micropile installation methods, proven leadership capability, and the ability to drive projects safely, efficiently, and profitably in challenging geotechnical environments.
Strong experience with:
- Micropiles
- Tiebacks
- Anchors
- Soil nails
- Grouting systems
- Small diameter drilling methods
Experience
- Working knowledge of drilling equipment/ specialty drilling rigs.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and geotechnical data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record managing field productivity, safety, and quality performance.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeastern United States.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
