Position: Soft Landscapers 
Location: Maidstone, Kent 
Hours: 0730-1700
Duration: ongoing, long term 
Salary or Pay Rate: £180 per day 
Requirements: CSCS card 
Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation: Clearing land, rotavating, grading, and improving soil quality using fertilizers or compost.
• Planting & Installation: Laying out and planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and hedges according to design plans, including staking large specimen trees.
• Turfing & Seeding: Preparing seedbeds, laying new turf lawns, and sowing grass or wildflower seeds.
• Vegetation Management: Pruning, trimming, and weeding to ensure plants establish and thrive.
• Equipment Operation: Safely using hand tools, power tools, and machinery like pedestrian mowers, strimmers, and excavators.

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
