Position: General Operative
Location: Fleetwood
Hours: 07:00 – 19:00
Duration: 4+ Weeks
Pay Rate: £18 Per Hour
Requirements: CSCS Card, Clean Drivers License
Shift Pattern: 12 Days on 2 Days Off
Key Responsibilities: General labouring duties
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a General Operative to work on a project in Fleetwood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general labouring duties across the site
- Assisting trades and site teams with daily operations
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials safely around the site
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards
- Supporting the wider construction team to ensure project deadlines are met
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Previous experience working on construction or civils projects preferred
- Reliable and able to commit to a long-term project and shift pattern
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
