Foundation Personnel are looking for two General Operative with groundworks experience to join a civils project in Market Drayton, Shropshire. The role will involve assisting trades on site, supporting groundworks activities, and operating a forward tipping dumper as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting groundworkers and trades with general site duties

Operating a forward tipping dumper to move materials
-
Helping maintain a clean and organised site
-
Supporting with groundwork prep, such as digging, backfilling, and laying materials
-
Following site safety protocols and reporting to the site supervisor
Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS w/ CSCS for Forward Tipping Dumper

Valid CSCS Card
-
Prior experience in civil engineering or groundworks
-
Willingness to work as part of a team and take initiative
