Position: Groundworker
Location: Nine Elms (Battersea)

Hours: 07:00 – 17:00
Duration: Till February 2027
Pay Rate: £24.97 Per Hour
Requirements: CSCS, SSSTS
Key Responsibilities: Civils – Kerbing and Paving (Granite), Drainage (1.5m deep), Finishing, Ducting
Experience: 5+ years
About the Company:
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Civils Ganger to work on a civils project in Nine Elms (Battersea).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating a small civils gang
- Organising daily tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Overseeing kerbing and granite paving works
- Drainage works up to 1.5m deep
- Ducting and finishing works
- Reading and working from drawings and levels
- Liaising with the Site Supervisor/Management team
- Ensuring all works are completed to the required standards
This is a long-term opportunity running until February 2027 for an experienced Civils Ganger with strong drainage and general civils experience.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
