Position: Ganger / General Supervisor

Project: General Supervision, Loading and Unloading, and General Site Duties
Salary: £230.00 Per Shift
Hours: Full-Time, Temporary
Requirements:
- Telehandler Ticket – CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo.
- Manual Handling certification.
- Proven experience as a Ganger or Supervisor on construction sites.
We are seeking a capable and experienced Ganger / General Supervisor to join a reputable construction contractor. The role involves overseeing site operations, assisting with loading and unloading tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Operate a telehandler for material movement, unloading deliveries, and general site tasks.
- Provide hands-on support with general duties as needed.
- Maintain communication between site teams and ensure tasks are completed to deadlines.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo for Telehandler operation.
- Manual Handling certification is essential.
- Experience as a Ganger or Supervisor, particularly in site operations and logistics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
