Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Forward Tipping Dumper Operator to work on a project in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
This role is on behalf of a specialist civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering infrastructure, earthworks, and site preparation packages across the UK. The company is known for its efficient delivery of groundwork solutions, strong plant operations, and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
You will be responsible for operating a forward tipping dumper for muck away, while also supporting the team on the ground when required.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a forward tipping dumper for muck away operations
- Transporting materials safely around site
- Assisting groundworkers and site teams when not operating plant
- Supporting excavation and site preparation works
- Maintaining safe haul routes and site awareness at all times
- Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
