Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Forward Tipping Dumper Operators for a tunnelling scheme in Corby, Northamptonshire, working on behalf of a specialist contractor involved in complex underground infrastructure projects across the UK.
This is a hands-on role supporting pit sinking/shaft sinking and cofferdam operations, where flexibility and teamwork are essential. When not operating the dumper, the successful candidate will be expected to assist the ground crew as needed.
Duties Will Include:

Safe operation of the Forward Tipping Dumper

Transporting materials and muck from shaft or cofferdam zones

Assisting with shaft or pit sinking activities

Supporting groundworks teams on site

General labour and muck-in duties when required

Maintaining high health and safety standards on site
Requirements:

Valid Blue CPCS card for Forward Tipping Dumper

Previous experience on tunnelling, shaft sinking, or heavy civils projects

Willingness to be hands-on and support the team off the machine

Good work ethic and reliability
