Position: Working Foreman
Location: A47, Norfolk
Project: Earthworks (Roadworks Project)
Hours: 7AM to 5PM (Potentially 7 to 7)
Duration: Long Term Work
Salary or Pay Rate: £270 Per Shift
Foundation Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Hands On Working Foreman with a strong background in roadworks and highways projects for ongoing works.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of leading gangs on site, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating site operatives
- Assisting with day-to-day roadworks operations
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and to specification
- Managing site paperwork and daily records
- Liaising with Site Managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintaining productivity and quality standards on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman within roadworks/highways
- Good knowledge of drainage, kerbing, tarmacking, ducting, and associated civils works
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- CSCS Card essential
- NRSWA Supervisor ticket advantageous
- Full UK Driving License preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
