Foundation Personnel are looking for a Crane / Lifting Operations Supervisor for a shaft sinking project in Cardiff. This role involves overseeing crawler crane activities and ensuring safe and compliant lifting procedures on site for a specialist tunnelling contractor with a reputation for delivering complex infrastructure and civil engineering solution.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising all lifting operations involving crawler cranes

Coordinating lifting teams and ensuring adherence to lift plans

Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with LOLER and site safety regulations

Conducting equipment inspections and pre-lift briefings

Reporting and managing any safety concerns or incidents
Requirements:

BLUE CPCS – Crane / Lift Supervisor (mandatory)

Proven experience working with crawler cranes on civil or tunnelling projects

Strong leadership skills and understanding of lifting regulations
