Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Crane / Lifting Operations Supervisor for a shaft sinking project in Winchester, Hampshire. The role involves supervising crawler crane operations and includes hands-on slinging duties when required.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising lifting operations involving crawler cranes

Carrying out slinging/signalling duties as needed

Coordinating with site teams to ensure safe lifting practices

Ensuring compliance with all site health and safety procedures

Maintaining lift plans and supervising plant movements on site
Requirements:

CPCS or NPORS w/ CSCS for Crane Supervisor (essential)

SC Medical (essential)

Solid understanding of heavy lifting and shaft sinking operations

Ability to step into slinging duties when crane is not in use

Strong communication and leadership skills on site
