Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (subject to site requirements)
Tickets / Qualifications Required:
CPCS / NPORS Banksman / Vehicle Marshal (Essential)
CFA Piling Experience (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced CFA Banksman to work on a major piling project in Eastbourne.
This role is on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor delivering complex piling, ground engineering, and foundation packages across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on technically demanding groundwork schemes.
You will be responsible for safely directing plant and vehicle movements around the piling rig, supporting the site team, and ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Duties Will Include:
Banking and marshalling plant and vehicles on site
Supporting CFA piling operations
Maintaining safe exclusion zones around the piling rig
Communicating with machine operators and site management
Monitoring vehicle movements and pedestrian safety
Following all site health & safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
