CSCS Card (Essential)
Batching Plant Experience (Essential)
Experience Working with Grout, Bentonite, or Concrete (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Batching Plant Operator to work on a major construction project in Suffolk.
This role is on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor delivering complex foundation, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on technically demanding schemes.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the batching plant, ensuring the accurate production of grout, bentonite, and concrete mixes to meet project requirements.
Duties Will Include:
Operating a batching plant safely and efficiently
Producing grout, bentonite, and concrete mixes to specification
Monitoring material levels and coordinating stock requirements
Carrying out routine plant inspections and maintenance checks
Recording production data and quality control information
Working closely with site management and operational teams
Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
Keeping the batching plant and surrounding work areas clean and organised
