Are you an experienced Banksman looking for your next opportunity? Foundation Personnel is seeking a skilled Banksman to join our team in Thornhill, Dumfries. This role involves safely directing and banking plant equipment on a busy construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely banking and directing plant machinery, including cranes, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
- Ensuring clear communication with plant operators to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assisting in coordinating site logistics to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Conducting regular safety checks and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Banksman or Traffic Marshal certification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
