Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local 360 Excavator Operator to work on a project on the Isle of Wight.

This role is on behalf of a specialist tunnelling and underground works contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across the UK. The company is highly regarded for its expertise in shaft construction, pipe jacking, and tunnelling operations, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and delivering within challenging environments.

You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator on the surface, supporting site operations and material handling.

Duties Will Include:

• Operating a 360 excavator on surface works during shifts.
• Supporting tunnelling operations with lifting and material movement
• Carrying out lifting operations in line with site procedures
• Working closely with site supervisors and tunnelling teams
• Conducting daily plant checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining safe working practices at all times
• Supporting general site duties where required
• Following all site health & safety procedures
• Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
