Salary or Pay Rate: £23 PH

Foundation Personnel Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced Bulk Earthworks 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy and well-established earthmoving project. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator looking for long-term work with consistent hours.

The Role

You will be operating a 360 excavator on a large-scale bulk earthworks project, carrying out duties including:

• Bulk excavation and earthmoving.
• Cut & fill operations.
• Loading ADTs efficiently.
• Formation work and grading.
• Working safely around other plant and site personnel.
• Completing daily machine checks and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements

• CPCS Blue Card or NPORS with CSCS Logo.
• Proven experience operating 360 excavators on bulk earthworks projects.
• Competent working on machines from 20T upwards.
• Strong understanding of safe excavation practices.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a busy site team.
