Salary: £23 Per Hour
Hours: Mon- Thurs: 07:30am – 16:30pm
Friday – 07.00am -14.00pm

Foundation Personnel are looking for 360 Excavator Operators for a project based in Norwich, Norfolk, involving the setup of a welfare compound and general operative duties on a major substation site. The position is with a respected contractor known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and construction projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a 360 Excavator for welfare compound setup and general site tasks

Assist with loading/unloading materials and supporting site logistics

Perform a variety of operative duties to support the main substation project

Adhere to site safety procedures, especially in a high-risk environment

Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors
Requirements:

CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo (Essential)

PPE: 8 Cal Fire Retardant Protection (Essential)

Proven experience in operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects

Ability to work flexibly and carry out general site duties when required
