Position: 360 Operator 
Location: Cardiff
Project: Commercial building site
Hours: 7:30am-5:30am
Duration: 12 weeks
Pay Rate: £21.00PH
We are looking for an experienced 360 Operator to join our team on a 12-week project at a commercial building site in Cardiff.
Key Requirements:

• 2 years minimum experience operating a 360 machine.
• Valid CPCS Blue card is preferred (open to NPORS cardholders)
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 360-degree excavators efficiently and safely.
• Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Ensure safe operation according to company standards and site regulations.
• Assist with other site duties as needed when not operating machinery.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
