Hours: 07:00 – 17:30

- Blue CPCS Card (Essential) Or NPORS with CSCS Logo (Essential)
- Safety Critical Medical (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local 360 Excavator Operator to work on a major infrastructure project in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering major civil engineering, utilities, water, and construction projects across the country. The business is recognised for its technical expertise, strong safety culture, and experience delivering complex infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for operating a 13-tonne 360 excavator, carrying out a range of civils and excavation works safely and efficiently.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a 13-tonne 360 excavator safely and efficiently
- Carrying out general civils and excavation works
- Excavating trenches and foundations
- Loading and moving materials around site
- Carrying out grading, levelling, and backfilling works
- Working alongside groundworkers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting any defects
- Working to site drawings, specifications, and required levels
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
