Ganger Required – Derby
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger for a long-term project in Derby.
Location: Derby
Hours: 07:00 start
Duration: Long-Term
Rate: £27 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating the site gang

Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently

Working alongside Groundworkers and other site operatives
-
Ensuring works are completed to the required standard and programme

Supporting site management with day-to-day operations

Maintaining high health and safety standards across the team
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working as a Ganger within civil engineering or groundworks
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to coordinate a team and manage daily workloads
-
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
-
Reliable and hardworking attitude
