Ganger
Position: Ganger / Site Supervisor
Location: Wymondham, NR18
Project: Deep excavation works involving installation of shoring equipment, including boxes, sheet and frame, and the installation of Ductile iron push fit and flanged pipework.
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 (30-minute break)
Duration: 24 Weeks (long-term opportunity)
Salary or Pay Rate: £250–£260 per day (DOE / based on qualifications)
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- Temporary Works Supervisor
- Slinger Signaller / Banksman
- CAT & Genny or EUSR CAT 4G
- Anglian Water Passport beneficial
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Full Orange PPE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities.
- Manage deep excavation works safely and efficiently.
- Oversee installation of shoring systems, including excavation boxes, sheet and frame.
- Assist with the installation of Ductile iron push fit and flanged pipework.
- Ensure all works comply with health and safety requirements.
- Support the site team to maintain progress and quality standards.
